IM GETTING BETTER
For the past year I have been drinking Jager almost exclusively and last week I decided it is time to move on. I had my first drink at 13 and it was a Makers and Coke that my older brother gave me at my Birthday Party. I dabbled in all kinds of liquors for a few years as I was trying to figure out what worked best for me. Around the age of 18 I found and fell in love with Patron Silver. I drank nothing but Patron for three years straight. I will always connect the drink to my early 20′s living in Atlanta Georgia hanging at clubs like Makos, Toung and Groove, Sutra, Iako, and my personal fav Mood Lounge. I continued to drink Patron for a while when I moved to Los Angeles, but not for very long. When I met a new friend “Playboy” I was turned onto something else….. JAGER! At first we started drinking the as a mixed drink with Red Bull, making Jager bombs. It wasn’t until I started waking up in the middle of the night due to the alcohol wearing off and the Red Bull kicking, did we stop with the energy drink. That was when I started doing Jager shots with a Coke back, and that was a lot better. Not only did the alcohol hit me a lot harder due to the lack of other fluids and the amounts of shots I was taking, but it was also allowing me to sleep through out the night. I have now been on an exclusive Jager shot train for about a year now…. I just turned 23 and I am ready to switch it up. I am learning to like Martinis… I find that I drink a lot less of those than Jager shots and in turn, I save a lot of money! I am getting better at casually drinking as apposed to all out drunk every night. I have a feeling I will still be taking Jager shots, just not as many…. I do love asking for a DIRTY Martini tho! It is a great way to flirt with the bartender! hehe

Ha, the hardest thing is that the drink quantity is related to the party quality. The more fun you’re having, the more you (want to) throw it back. If you really want your money to go long while also sipping casually but not breaking bank, do long island ice teas. If they’re done right, two tall ones will set you straight for the night.
