IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED

This morning I woke up with a lil less faith in men that usual…. I had a really awful date last night and I got stood up the night before by a guy as well. I haven’t had a really good record lately when it comes to men and dating. Normally when I go through dry spells like this, I turn to women as companions. My last girl friend hurt me so bad that I dare not do that again any time soon. I am sure that if I weren’t so picky I wouldn’t be having this problem, but it is what it is. This evening after work I decided to catch up with a good friend of mine at his bar. I must say that going there was the best decision I have had in a long time. I mean, not only was the Jager free, but he was so refreshing to be around. I mean I know the guy wants to sleep with me, but he doesn’t make it #1 priority when we hang out. He is actually one of the VERY few people that I consistently hang out with. Now don’t get me wrong, we have slept together in the past and Im sure we will one day in the future too. I just like that I can be myself 100% of the time around him. I don’t feel like he judges me, or expects anything from me…. It was just what I needed! A night of being down to earth not trying to impress any one, just chillin! I wish I cold have more friends like him; People I can trust and be comfortable around no mater what….. I guess L.A. is the wrong place to live if you are looking for genuine friends like that! I love living here because of the weed and the weather, but sometimes the people kinda suck! At least I have a few good friends here, and that makes it all worth while! Good night! kiss kiss for now, and I will be back with you tmw!
